Organising The Festival, The Verge and Dining Club can be a LOT of hard work. So when we get nice feedback and encouragement it really does help to make it all worthwhile...

I know you're going to enjoy this down to earth commonsense celebration of all the Welsh countryside has to offer.
Professor David Bellamy, patron of The Really Wild Food and Countryside Festival

Thanks for your kind invitation. Alas, we are only down at a few times a year and we will not be there in September.
Good luck with the event.
Best wishes

I love Pembrokeshire, it's where my roots are, and the Really Wild Festival is a fun way to celebrate all the great food and unique
country skills that we have down here. Plus it's a chance to catch
up with old mates over a glass of scrummy scrumpy! Iechyd da! Maybe see you there!

Where could you find a fish trap weaver, an axe thrower, buy a rabbit pie, or place a bet on a ferret? Food festivals are nothing new, so discovering this one really is a revelation. Connecting countryside and food may seem obvious to many, but if only it were so.
Too often we see a yawning gap between producer and consumer, and then we have the nerve to blame someone else if no one understands!
But that's only one reason why The Really Wild Food and Countryside Festival is a trip worth making - there are dozens more. The fact that it's in Pembrokeshire should be enough, but if for some strange reason it is not, then there are numerous other temptations. This is where the Game Fair meets gastronomic extravaganza, where you can learn how to train your gundog, or buy a yurt. So if you are a hippie or holiday maker, farmer, forager or foodie, this is definitely for you.
