Llys Meddyg is a restaurant with rooms; a very special place to stay, where the options are endless. With a stylish, comfortable cellar bar for the lounging type, an elegant dining room in which to sample head chef Scott Davis' mouth-watering menus, and eight individually decorated bedrooms; there is something to suit all tastes. For those who want to combine dining with nature, the Kitchen Garden boasts an array of beautiful flowers and shrubs, as well as various herbs that find their way onto the menus.
There couldn't be a chef more passionate than Scott, and this is reflected in his regularly updated menus. Whether you want to sample fine dining at its best in the a la carte restaurant, or go for something simpler in the Kitchen Garden, the foundations are the same - high quality, local and seasonal produce. Snugly situated between the mountains and the sea, we're perfectly placed to harness the very best of all things local - Welsh lamb reared in the Preseli hills, crab caught in Newport Bay, or strawberries picked on Dinas mountains ought to get the tastebuds tingling!
We have eight individually decorated bedrooms, and, as with the food, are lucky enough in Pembrokeshire not to have to look too far for great suppliers. Melin Tregwynt cushions and Angorra blankets are just some of the furnishings that will make your stay that little bit more comfortable. We're a family friendly place, and welcome children (and even well behaved dogs in some rooms!). All our rooms have big comfy beds, deep baths and Monsoon showers, so you can really kick your boots off and relax.
The Kitchen Garden restaurant doubles up as an attractive function suite for any type of celebration, and makes an exceptional wedding venue. Licenced to hold ceremonies, we can do small and intimate or large and rambunctious! Whatever the occasion, lavish wedding, family anniversary or provocative party, our friendly but discreet staff manage the day effortlessly.
