Scott and the kitchen team really pushed the boat out to make the menu for the recent Dining Club night a great success. And with a big crowd of hungry diners to attend to, 'very well done' to all the staff too - we ran them ragged!
It was a nice touch when Scott and the team joined the diners for a question and answer session following the meal, especially as the close questioning left them in some danger of giving away a few trade secrets! It's always nice to find out how to prepare ingredients that may be a little out of the ordinary.
