TALKERS
Margaret Ferrazzi. On Saturday Margaret a chef and culinary consultant, who spends half her year in America and the other half here on Strumble Head where she was born, will be talking about collecting, identifying and eating mushrooms.
Yun Hider is a professional forager who runs his own wild food-sourcing company in Pembrokeshire finding delicious wild food for restaurants. On Saturday afternoon he will be talking about gathering wild food, how to recognize it and how to use it. Yun is also leading a walk in the morning.
Melissa Holloway is an experienced storyteller and has been telling tall tales to children and adults around Pembrokeshire and further afield since 2003. Melissa will be telling tales about wild woods and magical meetings with some strange folk that live in the countryside. The Pookah, fairies and men in green cloaks may all make an appearance. Unusual ears may also be sighted. Come along on Saturday & Sunday and bring your parents for a fascinating journey into the wild...
