Margaret Ferrazzi, a chef and culinary consultant, who spends half her year in America and the other half here on Strumble Head where she was born, will be talking about collecting, identifying and eating mushrooms.

Heather Gorringe founder of ’Wiggly Wigglers’ (which produces one of the best catalogues available), Nuffield Scholar and Chelsea Flower Show judge will give a series of composting masterclasses. She is amusing, entertaining and famed for causing quite a reaction wherever she goes! She will be handing out some free ‘Goody Bags’ (biodegradable!) as well as advice on Natural Gardening. She will be bringing thousands of Wiggly friends with her!

Pearl McCabe
Pearl is somewhat of a Pembrokeshire celebrity, with her Show Business and BBC background, she has a growing reputation as a guest speaker. She has many published works and her books include, ‘Ten Terrific Walks’ and ‘SevenTales of Centrix’, written under her pen name of Sara John. She is currently preparing the second ‘Seven Tales’ for publication.
'Aphrodisiacs, Literature and The Food of Love' promises to provide audiences with a stimulating, amusing, informative and ‘very’ fresh take on the age old topic of ‘Love’!

Heather Henderson has been in practice for 25 years as a Medical Herbalist. She has taught adults in Cardiff and Aberystwyth Universities for over 15 years, runs courses in herbal medicine all over Wales and has appeared on TV and BBC Radio Wales. Her next courses are in Burry Port in the autumn and in Carmarthen for the University of Wales, Aberystwyth in January 2009, where the subject will be "Gardens of Healing and Delight",
Heather will be talking about "Healing Vegetables"? Cabbage for poultices, carrots for sunburn, peas as an aphrodisiac, corn silk for cystitis, and so on!
Melissa Holloway (Sunday only)
Melissa is an experienced storyteller and has been telling tall tales to children and adults around Pembrokeshire and further a field since 2003. She has told stories at schools, fairs, festivals, castles and around camp fires. Her passion is stories that enchant and explore new ways of looking at things while encouraging better care for the earth. At the Really Wild Festival, Melissa will be telling tales about wild woods and magical meetings with some strange folk that live in the countryside. The Pookah, fairies and men in green cloaks may all make an appearance. Unusual ears may also be sighted. Come along and bring your parents for a fascinating journey into the wild.
